Amazon India — Wrong product delivered and no compensation | |||||
I had ordered a blazor but vn i received the delibery it had some dress with some tamil nadu address i returned it there and then also i called the customer care and told tem about the incident aince i wanted to wear the blazor on 5th july and requested them if they can provide a swift delivery within a day of the same product that to was unavailable no compensation for ruining my plans and wasting my time all i get to hear is i need to order it again this is worst service i have ever experienced i t would rather b better had i ordered it from flipkart which i did right now i would never recomend amazon to any of my frends i might not even order from u guys in future in a service industry the quality and time of service matters n u guys have shown a highly unprofessional behaviour ty for the inconvinence and not even redressing it or compensating it Was this information helpful? | |||||
