Amazon India — Wrong product delivered and not taking any steps after complaining

I ordered Wazdorf Cover-Up Hair Powder Black products from Amazon but the sellers delivered different company product _ Lanslo and that us also for different use. After complaining several times though customer care of amazon, they have not taken any steps till now. Several times we tried to inform them, and every time the executive change to other associates and nobody attended it after that. The item was delivery on 11th November, 2025 and after the delivery I am trying to connect with them. But same problem observed all the times without taking any steps. .order no Order #[protected]
