Amazon India — Wrong product delivered than ordered | |||||
REFERENCE: ORDER #[protected] on 8th May 2017 Philips SlimLine 18-Watt 4 feet Cool Day Light LED Batten Amazon delivered wrong product i.e. 20 Watt batten which is different product than ordered and also cheaper than the rate of ordered one. They promised me to replace the product with correct one however i was delivered again same wrong product on 23rd.. Now company is denying to replace product. Was this information helpful? | |||||
