Amazon India — wrong product delivered without informing advance | |||||
Refer the attached photo of delivered product. What i have ordered it is not matching with the delivered one. When i was planning the order that time it was in stock, then why the wrong product has been delivered. It is like, for the sake of delivery, amazon will send any unnecessary product which is not actually bought by the customer. Doesn't amazon have a process of cross checking the product before process it for delivery? From so many years amazon retains their goodwill in market, but this kind of poor services is not expected. If you don't have the right product please inform customer in advance, might the customer is planning to give a gift to someone on any special occasion, like birthday. It is write if i place a return request amazon will definately provide the refund within few days. But i will miss the charm, the happyness of giving a gift in a particular occasion, because the special day comes once in a year. If amazon inform me well in advance, then i could manage to get the product from somewhere. It is a matter commitment to deliver right product in right time not wrong product in right time.
