Amazon India — wrong product delivery causing a loss of over 2000 | |||||
I have been a regular buyer of muscleblaze product since last couple of years. I have had good experience so far and had recommended the product on many portals. I never had to go for other brands so far. This is to bring to your notice that i had ordered muscleblaze lean mass gainer 5 kg. From amazon in their last sale order number[protected]. Instead of of receiving 5 kg product i got 3 kg weight gainer, seller was muscleblaze directly. I trust muscleblaze enough and never had problem thereby i kept the pack and unpacked it after 7 days of receiving it. Once i found that the product sent is incorrect, i tried to return it but the product was non-returnable on amazon site since it was on offer. I paid rs. 4439 for a product with mrp of 2799 which is also usually available on 25% to 30% discount normally. I have sent multiple communications to amazon but they denied sending correct product. Since no solution was given, i had to use the weight gainer which tastes bad and full of sugar. There has been only one response from amazon that you responded late and we can not help. I could not understand how such big mistake too place. I am not asking for refund but was expecting to get right product that i ordered. Was this information helpful? | |||||
