Complaint marked as Resolved I had ordered a 4TB External HDD (order ID:403-1297540-141471) from Amazon.in on 29th Nov 2022 and was delivered the package on 2nd Dec 2022. On opening the package in front of the delivery boy I noticed that it contained a 2TB Internal HDD instead of what I had ordered which was half the priceSince it was ordered online, I immediately contacted customer care to return the product. Upon return, I was told to wait for 5 days and then informed on 7th Dec that there would be nothing Amazon could do in this matter. I have lost ₹7749 and have ended up with a damaged non functional Internal HDD. I would request you to kindly refund my money immediately.
