I was ordered a Gent's Kurta on 02/11/2023 for wear to Diwali festival with prepaid as amount Rs.849/- Order ID:[protected]. After a week on 09/11/2023 I have received my order, but when opened the packet, I found any other article which is ordered by any other person as mentioned in invoice which is kept in packet.
I was contact with AMAZON for the replacement but AMAZON responded as Products is OUT OF STOCK. Then I filed for refund. On 13/11/2023 my package collected by AMAZON representative, and he assured to refund after couple of days.
Ten days is going on..no refund initiated to me. Total fault by AMAZON and vender, but suffering the customer. This is not fair business at all. Was this information helpful? |
