I've ordered a daikin 1 ton AC on 22nd Sep at Rs 43526(net. After deducting 4322 IBD and 150 promo) and amazon delivered me a wrong model, I complaint about it in Amazon but still no action has been taken. The Amazon executive told me to reorder the same product again but as the price was increased to 57, 111 Rs he promised me to give a price difference of 9112 Rs and IBD of 4332 Rs both (email attached) so as to match the initial order price of 43526 Rs. And all the amount he promised me to credit after the new product get delivered and once its return period gets over. After trusting Amazon executive and taking in written the said price quote I again ordered[protected]) the same AC for 52861 Rs (net. after deducting IBD 4250). As per the logic the price difference of[protected] = 9335 should be credited to me but Amazon only credited 9112 Rs and that too after multiple follow ups. When I contacted their customer care every executive is saying different thing some say that we only credit one either IBD or the price difference amount whichever is higher, some are saying that we only calculate the price difference based on the list prices of both the order and do not take IBD into account ( in my case[protected]=9112). Most of them are saying that the initial executive gave you wrong information and that we never provide both IBD and price difference, so I would like to ask why customer need to suffer due to the false information provided by your employees or insufficient knowledge. If you promised some amount then stay on it whether it is right or wrong, take full responsibility of it. So in a nutshell I want a price difference of 9335 Rs to be credited in my Amazon pay balance because I paid 52861 out of my pocket for the 2nd order. 9112 has already been credited, please credit 223 rs more. Don't consider the cashback offer of 300rs on the later order as I bought it using my diamonds and not provided by Amazon by default. While talking to Amazon executives I observed most of them are bending the t&cs and way of calculating the price difference according to their own convenience and profit.
