I ordered a phone from amazon of one plus model ( CE 2 lite 5g ) blue tide, 6gb ram, 128 gb storage which costed me ₹17499 on 10 oct 2022 with order id[protected] on 14 oct 2022 and received a honey jar in it and on the same day i complained this to them and they asked me to wait till 20th oct 2022 so that they can investigate . And on 20th oct they are saying that we can not help you and your phone is delivered to you

    Tv installation was scheduled to be done on 17th oct. But technician denied to visit my location, whenever i call him he says I'm coming. Now he's not picking my call,
    I want full refund of 23499+ 11000 compensation from Amazon and easyfix. I'm mentally harassed

      I have returned the reebok tights after a regular follow up for many days with their escalation department they raised an investigation for which they have asked to call me after 3 days after 3 days when i have called they said i haven’t returned the original product they’ve sent how would i know on what basis they’ve conducted this investigation and if they’re so particular there shouldn’t be any option like received wrong item while creating returns. I have returned the original item now they have kept the product also and not refunding my amount. I have been there regular and valued customer from so many years and they’re doing this to me. Pathetic please help me get my refund.

      They’ve all the time said that my money is safe and I’ll not loose my hard earned money it’s all recorded then why they’re doing it I don’t know they’ve initiated the refund once and they’ve canceled it deliberately for no reason everything is recorded what they’ve said about refund and money policy they should refund my amount

        I am writing here after complaining everywhere found no resolution of my issue. there are 2 products that needs to return to http://Amazon.in. I tried hard via emails call, chat, feedback, social media platform but nobody is coming to pick these.

        i request you here if you are not able to pick these products than pls initiate my refund for all of them. It's been 1 month now. this is serioulsy a shame on Amazon

          I had booked train ticket on 27th August from amazon pay later and on 27th September I paid 3500 then on 29th September I canceled the ticket then I got an email from Amazon in which it was written that after cutting 1700 railways cancellation charge I will get back 1765 I haven't received it yet, I talked to customer care on October 10, then I was told that I will get the money on October 12, but today is October 19. I haven't received any money yet. I also talked to the customer service representative but no one helped me plz give me my money back, I Didn't Expect This From Amazon Very Disappointing and very bad customer service.

              We have ordered LG-Split-1.5ton-4 star AC-model-PS-Q19RNYE on amazon.in on 18.09.2022, Order no #[protected]. At the time of ordering the policy was replacement of the unit if there was any manufacturing fault.). Also order for installation Ordered no:#[protected], (AC installation by LG - Chargeable by brand INR1504+stand Rs749, Job no-RNP[protected]. This was need as family member was sick and season temperature was high at item ordered)

              Unit was received on 24.09.2022 and installed on 25..09.2022. At the time of installation the unit was found faulty. LG-technicians person has submitted a report on 01.10.2022. (that also after multiple follow up calls to LG. During this 10-15 days time Amazon does not know the status of the unit. Also no phone or email provided of seller DAWNTECH ELECTRONICS PRIVATE LIMITED, Bhiwandi, Thane, Mumbai, Maharashtra, 421101, nowhere seller come in loop)

              We have informed Amazon that due to all this problem, take the unit back and make a full refund (talk on 01.10.2022). Company informs that they have a replacement policy, if we agree then the process can start. Due to the high cost we thought for one day and called them for replacement.
              Then the company looked into detail and informed us that due to the item cost more than Rs20000 it will take some time to make a decision. We call them again, then the company informs us that only a return is possible due to the non availability of the item. Also stand cost will not be refunded(Rs870), only installation charges will be given(Rs1150).
              Then we inform (on 10.10.2022) that the same item cost is on this date increased around Rs2000 and non useful stand loss adds loss to us. At the end, the company agreed for full return of the amount but not replacement.

              Summary:
              1. Items were not received when needed (summer season and medical requirement).
              2. Phone call for closing the issue and getting a refund. (average 3 calls daily and hold/talk time 15min to 45 min). (ordered on 18.09.2022 and refund on 18.10.2022). Time loss.
              3. Loss of price due to escalation in price, fund block for one month and lots of calls.
              4. Committed replacement policy changed after purchasing the product and without informing customers.
              5. Company is not arranging immediately for replacement and return for large amounts of product. Also two way communication did not take place by email for record proof.
              6. It is strongly required that the seller's (channel partner like Amazon) active contact number and email should be mentioned on the invoice which must be answered by both.

              All authorities are requested to look into and do the needful at the earliest for customer problem resolution.

                I have ordered one mobile on 28th September first it took 20 days to make it out for delivery and it is not yet delivered, their team sent it to wrong address and delivery boy is very rude and saying it, he will deliver on right address when he will have time, i have escalated to customer support but not getting any help. Escalated it on social media but no help, i again called customer support and he said i have to wait nothing else and he disconnected the call in a rude way,
                I don’t know what to do and not sure if i will get my order or not, this is the worst service i have ever received.

                  I ordered HP laptop battery and red tape shoes separately from Amazon on 30/09/2022, shoes delivered on 4/10/2022 and battery was missing in the package.
                  I made two orders separately, but amazon sent both items in one package when i received it I got shoes and battery was missing.

                  I complaint to customer care about it, they said that their team will investigate about it, after investigation they said delivery was made successfully so can't refund the amount.

                  I contacted them so many times, but they are repeating same thing again and again.

                    I bought a boat watch for 3000 rupees and it’s price was reduced by 1000 rupees the next day ordered. I contacted customer support person if there’s any way I can return it and get a refund so that I can buy the one which is 1000 rupees cheaper. Customer support agent told me that he will raise return request on my behalf and i would get refund upon returning the product.

                    The agent went on and raised refund on return but under the category “wrong item recieved”. I was not asked whether he can raise request under this category, but he just WENT ON!

                    I returned the watch, bought the cheaper one, hoping that I will get refund at the earliest
                    After ten days from the day of return, since there was no change on the return status, i contacted support again to only hear that i sent a forfeited item. They got an old used pant in place of watch and hence they cant process my refund.

                    And it’s now i thought of the category Under which the return was raised. “Recieved wrong item”. Either the person who collected the watch or the one who is in the warehouse has clearly used this category to replace the watch with pant. They had known that if we return something in this category, they need not check what is being returned by the customer. But I was not knowing about this and failed to click a picturephoto when I returned the watch as received.

                    I had explained all this to Amazon executives through a call and in twitter, but in vain. They tag me as the liar and say, you have returned wrong product and until i return the watch, they wont refund the money.

                    One beauty is, all through my follow up, they kept saying, they have investigated, and they cant provide refund. And the way they respond to my emails are harrassing and stamping me as liar which is spoiling my self respect. They havent answered to my questions regarding the return process as well. I am still unsure how can they right away tag the customer as the fraudster but not the middlemen involved.

                    I dont have any other way other than posting this in consumer complaints forum.

                        2-3 people from amazon come to my area to deliver products but one of them is very bad His name is Sudip Dey. Every time he came to deliver or pick up the product, he was harassed in some way or the other. His behavior is very bad. If the product is cash on delivery, they increase the price, for example, if the product is 329 rupees, they say 330, but they never refund the money. Thus one day he left with an extra 50 rupees. He always told to give extra price of the product .Even though I called Amazon customer care and told them all about the problem with my product and return it without verification.But even during the product pick up, that person named Sudip Dey harassed me in many ways Apart from having without verification return, he made me stand in the sun for 10-15 minutes and kept talking to his friends on the phone.He took pictures of the product and sent them to his friends on WhatsApp.He even introduced his friend to me as his boss and made me talk to his friend. And he taught me how to speak with his boss. with And kept threatening that something will be sent to my WhatsApp number and my return will be cancelled.

                        I want him not to come to my area to deliver or pick up the product . There are many other complaints of that person in my area . I will request Amazon not to send the person Sudip Dey to my area for product delivery or pick up.
                        Please I request Amazon to look into this type cases.

                              I ordered Xiaomi 11 Literally NE 5G on 25th October. The order number is[protected]. My friend gifted me the phone, so I tried to cancel the order. But failed to cancel it though I tried several times. Every time it shows that some thing wrong happened please try some time later. After receiving the phone I tried to return the phone using app but the same thing happened several times. Ultimately on 6th October I chatted with someone and he said that the the phone will be pick up by them. But they didn't do that. On 10th October I chatted with someone and he arranged a telephone conversation with a gentleman who also promised that they will pick up the phone with in 48 hours. But didn't fulfill his promise. I got the from +44 [protected] at around 5.30 PM. Please take necessary action so that I can return it as it has no use value right now. I look forward to hearing from you.

                                I purchased a lot of products from Amazon since 2016. I am not facing any issues so far.
                                In my last order was Acer Nitro 5 Gaming Laptop/12th Gen Intel Core i7-12700H Processor 14core/15.6"(39.6cm) FHD 144Hz Display(16GB/512GB SSD/1TB HDD/RTX 3050Ti Graphics/Windows 11/RGB), AN515-58 + Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

                                This product was delivered around 1:06 PM at 16 Oct 2022. I asked the delivery person this product weight is not even 500grams. My product weight is around 2.2 - 3 KG. I thought it is not a laptop, some other order may be delivering, so he sent OPT message and I shared the OTP to delivery person.
                                Then I checked what product is delivered in my Amazon account, I was shocked it is a laptop. So asked the delivery person to come and open the parcel and he said record the video and if the product is missing, complain to customer care. Delivery agent number [protected] and PIN 8092 For this conversation, I attached voice call Audio.

                                Next, I take the video while opening the parcel. I shocked it is keyboard. I ordered a 1lakh rupees laptop, but the delivered product is a 1000 rupees keyboard. Furthermore, I am very fear about my money, it is my 2 years saving. Below, I attached Video for parcel opening.

                                Next few minutes I raised complain about this issue. Amazon customer care said they will arrange an investigation into this issue.

                                Please help me on this issue. 🙏🙏

                                    I ordered a cable adapter after spending a lot of time to find the one which my computer will support. The one I found in end was this: https://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B0893452HR/ref=ppx_od_dt_b_asin_title_s00?ie=UT...

                                    The description mentioned that it Supports HDR videos, but on plugging in, it shows that the adapter doesn't support HDR.

                                        This is to bring in your knowledge that company(Amazon) not giving me a support.
                                        As I was ordering the mobile phone(Oneplus Nord CE 2 LITE) on 8th September and due to some techical issue I want to return it, one of your pickup boy has came on 24 September and I was not at that address so I told him to came later he said okay after that your service provider (Rabish Mishra) Ph no.- [protected] said that this pickup has been done on urgent basis and he also merge his call with one of company agent and he said the same thing after that he came to my door at around 8-8.30 pm and pick the phone and go away at that he didn't update the status of pickup.
                                        He said to me that it'll be updated by tomorrow. And when the status was updated uptill 25th afternoon then my Freind called customer service then customer care executive (Swati) confirms him that the pick up has been done and is visible to her and also said that your refund will be issued in a day or two. And when after 2 days we didn't receive any refund or any updation in status then we again call the customer care executive for many time then they keep on saying that they'll check but there was not any support.
                                        And after 15 days they told us that they didn't recieve the phone.
                                        And switch off the option to call back they didn't provide any type of support

                                        Please help me out it's amounted my full salary.
                                        Please help me out.
                                        I am attaching the all the screenshots regarding the order and I do have recordings of all the customer care executive
                                        Please help me out.
