On 29th Sep, I ordered a One plus 10R Prime Blue mobile phone but to my surprise, I received a green color variant of One plus 10R Prime on 30th Sep. Because this was an exchange offer, I returned my old phone Redmi Note 7 Pro in the condition specified by the seller. I immediately called customer care who directed me to share photographs of the phone received as well as the order number and date, which I did asap. After several phone calls, I was told that an investigation would be conducted and that I would be notified of the outcome in three days. This was the most ridiculous thing that a renowned company like Amazon would do.

Thanks to Amazon, right now I am without a phone as the one for which I had paid a whooping amount of 28, 899 Rs. is, not the one I had placed an order for.

A few things that I would like to enlighten Amazon about myself:
I am a Prime member of Amazon.
I am a regular buyer which means I give a lot of business to Amazon.
I am a genuine buyer and not a fake one.
Instead of giving me a quick solution to my problem, I have been told to wait for three days after which they will let us know what will be done. In a country where Fast Track courts solve a number of cases within a day, the small task of speeding up the process of getting the correct phone to its Prime member is made unimaginably difficult and impossible.

I am sure I wouldn't have faced this issue if I ordered such an expensive device from Flipkart or Croma or Vijay sales. This incident has made me reach the decision that is never recommended Amazon to anyone for anything.

How far is this sensible?

Why am I being penalized for no reason?

Was it my mistake to order such an expensive device from Amazon?

Why do I have to wait for an investigation even after I have shared immediate photographs of the phone etc?

What was the use of doing all these formalities when an investigation of three days will be followed?

Did I pay 28, 899 Rs to wait for another three days not knowing if I will get my phone on the 4th day?

Eagerly looking for a quick solution.

          I bump into this link that says it helps you to earn money at first it was. But while you take longer to do the task the amount you need to invest is getting higher until i can't recharge anymore. And now I can't get all the money i invest because it say it will freeze if i don't complete the task. Buf what I can do? I don't have money anymore i even got loan for that and now i don't know how to pay it. I didn't even get any cent! Help me I realy just want and need the monet😭

              I have placed my order on 30 september, but product is not delivered yet.i have contacted the respective customer care.but the way of helping is to bad, they dont even solve the problem and no support from the customer care, really bad service i have never experienced by amazon.

                Order date: 4th Sept 22
                Order Delivered as per Amazon: 8th Sept 22
                Total value: Rs 430/- approx

                The delivery details indicated that the packages were left with the guard of the society. The guard denied receiving any packages as he has been instructed by the mgmt to ask the delivery boy to directly deliver to the flat in the society.

                I filed delivery feedback immediately. On 11th Sept, I called about another order and after settling the issue mentioned about the missing packages. I was assured that those will be re-ordered.

                We waited a few days for the products to be delivered but no luck. We have since called Amazon customer service multiple times and they say we did not file a complaint in the product return return period. They have denied our claim.

                  I was in washroom and during that time Amazon delivery boy came to deliver it. After few minutes when I came out and provided OTP, at that time used slang words and left the gate unclosed while leaving. Last year this same situation happened but at that time delivery associate handled the item to my parents and after half an hour he called and got OTP verified by me. This time it was a shameful act done by the delivery associate.

                    As it is mentioned in the product description that MS OFFICE is included with this product but after purchasing it is not available there .
                    I have called to ASUS customer service, they are saying that OFFICE is not included with this product, for any further information i need to contact to Amazon. But in Amazon customer service no one is wiling to take the responsibility for this fault and only giving excuses and consuming time in call.

                    Either i want my money back or Ms office should be available in my system, Amazon should give the Product Key of office

                      Bill for ACT Fibernet was paid through Amazon Pay on Sep 8 which got declined by ACT Fibernet. That payment is still in pending state and no resolution is being offered by both ACT and Amazon.

                        I have booked the 'Boat Xtend smartwatch with Alexa' on 23 sep-22 and as per the current status it's showing it will be delivered on 27sep and in the app there is no update after 25 Sep. Yet I haven't receive product it almost 10 days now.
                        Today is 3 oct but there is no status.
                        I am pitched off to raised my concern in multiple time customer support. Can any one tell me where is my product now.

                            I am prime customer in Amazon. Last seven day I made lot of purchase but in that so many products get different size so i return and also for delay delivery. Last 7 days i make a call for customer care for my delay delivery product rise a complaint daily it's huts me more it will create stress for me because I speak more than 27min daily in customer care but still i didn't get my product even I made a replacement in all call they say only sorry. I get compensation for delay iphone and wrong product they give one month prime and 100rs gift card.then for the product of boat watch i didn't get still now so I ask compensation mean they say only sorry sir we should not provide any competition and also you can cancel the product and get refund something like that they say. It's hurt me more sir because I already paid for the product. please help me to get a compensation with the product because of they hurs me lots in last seven days

                              I had ordered an item from Amazon on 23rd Sep, 2022. They had promised same day delivery. However they were unable to do so and hence I had requested a cancellation of my order. Its 2nd Oct, 2022 today but I have not received any resolution from Amazon on this. I am awaiting a refund of INR 52000 from them but they are just stalling and delaying. Every time I contact Amazon Customer Service they ask for 24 hours for resolution but nothing happens.

                                I had ordered this product Karcher Vacuum Cleaner with Order Id:[protected] from Amazon India website.
                                Upon receiving i found that the product does not have blower function which is the most essential function in the vacuum cleaner however the same make has other models with the blower function, i asked Amazon Customer Care representative for replacement with the another product model & adjustment with the difference amount but they are denying.
                                It was not mentioned in the description page that it does not have blower function which created confusion in purchase.
                                I had made many purchases from Amazon India with alot value, i expect them to support in this issue.

                                  [protected]..for this order Amazon failed to do pickup as per schedule yesterday...so again return request was created for today Sunday... item not yet picked up..may pl note if item you fail to pickup today...then it's yours ( Amazon)responsible to pay and iniate refund by today night 2100 hrs...i will not be available at residence for next 7 days...in this case u( Amazon) don't say your return period over...so arrange refund by today night or i updating in social media and consumer forum... their customer care person even disconnected the call and every time they say some expert will deal butbin vain

                                    On the day of order #[protected], i submitted return request since i didnt expect such a poor quality of saree. in span of 2-3days order was picked up along with other return orders. First of all, they didnt update the pick up in app so i could see order still waiting for pick up but actually it was picked up already. I am calling customer care to explain this confusion, they listened and update status of other orders but this one is still left. Fast forward today, am calling #Amazon customer care for more than a month now to get my refund back and all i get is hopeless promises that in next 2-3 working days you'll get money back.
                                    Honestly, am sick of following up and stop buying anything from Amazon going forward, ever!. Not sure if i'll ever get my money back but just want to let others know that Amazon will break the trust and no surity of getting your money back.

                                      My name is Dhirendra and i had Done a jio rechargeof rs. 267 from amazon on 02/08/2022& amazon cancelled this order due to technical issue. And on 30/08/2022amazon initiated the amount to my account but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but kotak mahindra 811 bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                                        Amazon not delivered my order of Apple Watch Series 7 order ( Id[protected] ) which I ordered for rs. 27, 150 in Amazon great Indian festival and after 10 days when my item is not arrived then I talk to customer care they are saying cancel the order and order a new product but the new product cost now is 41000 rs. So I want my product or I want my compensation..
