Check Eligibility
As per proactive reimbursement policy, you will receive a reimbursement after 30 days from the refund issued date if the item is still not returned back to you. Since 30 days have not passed from refund date, this order right now is not eligible for SAFE-T claim

Based on above chat, though consumer fake return product received and portal not working or not accepting my SAFE-T claim Amazon says that safe t policy is 15 days and cannot give. Before the above chat communication request, I put 2 more case log but the same message repeated. Wait for product to come. Though already received at my end. This seems fradulent by Amazon.

I sent a hair straightener and in return received 100gm cloth in 2 packets.
My order reports tab for past 365 days is empty, could not get invoice. Case was raised last dec 2022 not resolved. It seems like a plan to avoid refund.
