[Resolved] Amazon India — wrong tracking details | |||
I am kasiviswanathan. M and last dec 24 i placed a order in amazon for epson lp1300 printer and to be precise i have a placed the order with amazon and not with the seller modern tech. Iam mentioning this because all amazon customer representatives are mentioning it you have to contact the seller My product was shipped on 25th of december through maruti courier service with the tracking detail[protected]. If i track it it shows me that the product has been delivered on 18th of dec. How pathetic it is??? I have been following for this issue for the last 8 days to amazon but i still i haven't received any response. Every time i raise this issue there are replying with a very blame excuse that your product will be delivered with in 12th of jan. But my question is i have placed an order and entitled to get the correct tracking details and no the fake one. Do you require 8 days of time to send the correct docket details??? Where is the integrity and responsibility of amazon Amazon is more more concerned about the seller than the customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
