Amazon India — Wrongly Deduction of txn and debiting money from visa card | |||||
Dear sir I am joy dasgupta a amazon prime customer (Id - [protected]), i am trying to buying a book from amazon portal, but when i placed the order, payable amount has cut from my debit card and although my oder has not placed. I lodge a complain at amazon but after along with 5 days i am contact again amazon but they tell me its default of bank. I also contact my bank but they can't responce my call. Amazon also provide me a reference no which is 74332747106710550911751 Plz help me Was this information helpful? | |||||
