Amazon India — Wrongly dispatched of package | |||||
I ordered 2 mobile hand(Xiomi Redmi 3S) sets on different timing on 23.02.2017 and on 25.02.2017, I cancelled 1 hand set, but as confirmed by Customer care of Amazon, both of the article were coming in single packet and now after cancellation of 1 item both were rejected. I want to submit here that When I ordered the items on different timing why they were packed in single package and if it was returned then why not any person of Amazon or courier company didt not contacted me. As I have promised some one to give this mobile, now what face I would show him. Please look in to the matter and do the needful.
