Amazon — Irresponsible service | |||
I pre-ordered this book (http://www.amazon.in/dp/[protected]/ref=pe_1640331_66412311_cm_rv_rej_eml_dp) on 12th july (a day before it was to be released). on 13th july, amazon changed its release date from 13th to 18th july, even though the book was already released. on 18th july, the date was changed to 26th and on 26th, it was changed to 3rd august. So when finally the book released on 3rd august on amazon (3 weeks later), i thought now it will reach me. i kept waiting for it to dispatch till 9th august, when the book was suddenly out of stock and is now unavailable. clearly the book was in stock between 3rd and 9th august, yet for some it wasn't sent to me then. i've contacted the customer care several times and some of them are incredibly rude and uniformed and just read the information off the computer. Now their latest solution is that i should cancel the order. if i had to cancel my order, why did i wait a month for it in the first place?! Was this information helpful? | |||
