[Resolved] Amazon — item not received but delivery status is as delivered | |||
I ordered two items from amazon a few days before. I received only a single item only, but the delivery status is set as "delivered" for both the items. The customer support is not responding quite soon to address our issues. Please help to at least get refund of the undelivered item. Attaching the screenshot for reference. Please check. Feb 17, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jan 15, 2020 Amazon India Customer Care's response Ref No. 6502We have perused the complaint received from Mr./Ms Surya V ("Complainant") and find that he had ordered for Zephyrr Drop Earring for Women (Blue)(JAE-353), Zephyrr Chain for Women (Blue)(JAN-645) ("Product") vide Order ID:[protected] from an independent third party seller, i.e., Cloudtail India ("Seller") on the website: www.amazon.in ("Website"). It is submitted that the Complainant did not contact the customer support team within the time prescribed by the Seller for refund or return of the product. Basis the information received from the Seller, both products ordered, had been duly delivered to the Complainant on 28th October, 2019, at the registered address. Further, it is submitted that our role is limited to that of an intermediary and we are not the seller/manufacturer of the products listed on our Website. The products listed on our Website are sold by independent third party sellers. In view of the above, the issue stands closed. | |||
