My register mobile number is [protected]. Today between 03:00 pm, i call to your amazon customer care number[protected] regarding unblock my amazon account & after that my call pick up by mr. Rishi he inform his designation is csa and hi is from pune. I side demanding to him that i want to talk with his senior. But he clearly denied me & also he inform me that me just time pass with him after that he disconnect my call hence me very frustrated for your agent solution's kindly check & take the action agent against as per terms & regulation.
