Amazon — Moto g turbo order cancelled | |||||
Hi, I placed an order for Moto G Turbo (White) yesterday on Amazon on COD option. Order got place successfully and I received message saying “We will send a confirmation when your order dispatched”. Today suddenly received an email from Amazon stating the order has been cancelled as it was processed at a discounted price due to a technical issue. This is something highly unacceptable, being a genuine customer I placed ordered. If the code was not correct then its fault of Amazon not mine, then how could Amazon cancel my order. Where on another hand couple of my friends got delivery date confirmation also. For them Amazon accepted the Code, is this some kind of joke which amazon is playing with its customer? Highly disappointed with the behavior of Amazon. I would request you to process my order ASAP.
