Amazon — My mobile is shooting battery problem

I have purchased a brand new YU rekha AQ5510 from amazon on 15 the may 2015.my mobile is not working in a proper condition it is shut downing with in a hour after unpluging the charger at 100% charge I already visited micro max care they said its not there issue so I want replacement or repair of my mobile.. Thanking you
