I have purchased creative speakers from amazon on 14 oct 2017... But now its stopped working though it has warranty of one year... I contacted amazon they said u have to talk to creative customer care... When i contacted them they said u have to bring speakers to ghaziabad... Means all the way i have to go ghaziabad from moradabad... This is too frustating... Amazon should take the responsibility to replace it or get it rectify... Amazon not taking reponsibility creative not taking responsibility... Then who will be responsible... Me?? That i trusted amazon?? Pls help me out. Was this information helpful? | |||||
