[Resolved]  Amazon — ordered two products receive only one and one missing

I am orderd two items one is mi data cable and other is mi band 4 on 2nd february 2020. And the total price is 2528 ruppes. With order id
[protected]. It was delivered on 9th february 2020 i am immediately open the box and surprise to see that in the box only one item is arrived. I am immediately call the customer service they said that they help us. They told me to wait 5days for investigation for this order and help me to do refund or replacement of this order. But today on 14 february i call the customer care and told to give inform about this order. They told me that the investigation is complitated and told that sorry we do not give you the refund or replacement of this order. So what i do now they denied me for the refund or replacement of this order. Please help me. Thanks
