I have been a loyal customer to Amazon when it's come to online shopping. Its sorry state to my past experience has given me the most of hell experience to trust Amazon anymore.
It was really frustrating as I received mail, why should I suffer and block my money???
Please review my account once again then you guys understand the refund amount not received for missing item, why not checked the whole details in order statement as well as order history. I don't know where was my missing item, who was the defaulters for that?? However payment was already done . I think its not happen if I will pay for COD/ POD.
Share false statement to valuable customer in management team (Mr. Yogesh).
I just had worst experience with this Amazon.in. I had never trust this time. I hope there are no external quality team are seating available in this process.
Its my humble request before share the statement atleast check order details and refund statement so that its can more improve to your process and as well as more improve business productivity also you can serve better resolution for customer satisfaction. Mostly this type of wrong information, commitment and false statement can imagine unprofessional way to speak and less quality and d-great customer service. Very pathitic service, I don't want this kind of expectation from you.
If this issue has not resolve or else I'm not get my missing item, surely I'm going to FTCS.
