Seller forced me to cancel the order which i was not willing to i have invoice from amazon and i want that product to be delivered for the same invoice amount... Seller called many times from unknown number and told to cancel this the order number[protected] with my permission seller cancelled the order i wnt justice and want the same product... At same price it was not my fault to order wat was displayed on the screen i have the invoice with me... I want this issue to b resolved today itself

Samsung Galaxy j2 Mobile's battery ordered and come.
But this battery is not matching in my phone(Galaxy j2).
So I return the battery.
But battery's money is not back.
So I request please give the money back.

      I returned product on 27th january and after 7dyas i checked my bank account statement and found not credited my my money regarding my return then i contacted coustumer care and they telling me kindly wait for 10days after return and then i call them on 7th february and now they telling me they
      Received different item in my return whenever i sent right product from my end with same mrp label and box product is taken but not receive my money which i was paid them

        The seller named innovatev is a high end fraud seller.

        On first when we would say that he sells essential oils but this guy manipulates other sellers price and attracts us to guy the essential oil but what he sends is a complete fake oil. He is mapping the other sellers product but we do not sell the original product. I just say this sellers product list he has list same oil 3 times where no details has been mentioned.

        Amazon if your are seeing this review and consider the customer as your prime priority please i beg to remove this seller "innovatev".

          I am writing this to know what action is amazon taking to stop the fraudulent job offers being posted through official website "amazonjobs.online" which is not working at present.

          i worked for amazon previously a delivery executive through other delivery service provider and left the job but later after so many years i got to work with Amazon directly through my mobile number i used previously. Person called me is SHAIK ALLABAKASH Executive Human Resource Amazon

          i am attaching the picture of shaik Allabakash in true caller along with my payment conformation picture

          How can I find out what was ordered and where??
          I have checked my orders with Amazon and nothing was listed for the date above. Anything I order with Amazon goes to one specific account, this one did not.
          I orded watch for 11995 but Is came onther watch ? I paid amozen wallet 8000 and in my account 3995 ? Again I return for amozen but till money is not came for my account 3995 .

            I have cancelled an order from amazon on 19/01/2020 and recieved an email from amazon that the refund has been processed succesfully and it would be reflected by 20/01/2020 ie between 3-5 business days, but still i have not recieved the money. When i spoke with an amazon associate he said i have to fill a "charge dispute form" bcause it could be a problem at my bank side. I also contacted my banks customer care many a time but they say that problem could only be resolved by visiting my branch.
            Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            Chase card shows a $53.49 charge on 12/10/19 for above order.

            What is it for? If shoes, they were sent & returned with no response--refund or substitute.

            How can I find out about this?

                  I received maybelline new colossal bold liner today around 11 am. When i opened the package i was shocked to see it was already opened by someone. I think someone might have used this also. It is really irritating and annoying to have known as someone used the product which you ordered. Cant accept this type of activities from amazon. Truly disappointed!!!

                        Item has to be delivered on 5th february 2020, but not delivered on that day.in spite of that raising a falls statement against the customer saying that delivery attempted not even get a single call from delivery agent. After that four times i raised a issue through customer support but no use. Clearly shows that no value for customer feedback. There's no proper support from the amazon customer service. It is like whenever they wanted to deliver they will and customer has to wait for them.

                            Hi team,

                            This is bring it to your notice that i have already escalated this issue after tracking shows delivered in amazon app and also make several call to amazon contact center but i am not getting any resolution from that side then i raised grievance for this delivery.

                            Also i raise a grievance in consumer complaint with id# 2565122.

                            I am not received my product and still not getting any resolution from your side.

                            Please initiate my refund or deliver my product.

                            Sir Amazon team ne ye bol diya h ki jo karna h kar lo aapko aapka Paisa refund ni hoga. Or agar hum executive ka no. Maang rahe h to uski detail bhi dene se mana kar diya h. Or bol rahe h ki hamari investigation team ne confirm kar kiya h. Ki product aapko mil gaya h. Sir Hume koi product ni mila or na hi DELIVERY boy ka no. Aane se pehle msg bhi aataa ki ye DELIVERY boy ka no. H. Na hi esa koi msg aayaa. Investigation team ne bhi koi contact ni kiya hum se. To ese kese case ko close kar sakte h. Or na ji ki koi call aayi. Pehle to Amazon team ye bol rahi thi ki sir aapko ya to refund milega ya product. Par ab bilkul clear kar diya ki jo karna h kar lo.

                              The heating bag has burst and the hot liquid has leaked outside the bag. I had complained about this previously to amazon and as well as to the merchant. But my complaint was neglected.
                              The merchant sent me extremely bad product, why do you cheat online customers everytime by sending defective products. These products are dangerous when the hot liquid bursts out of the heating bag
                              Send my money back. This is cheating online customers.
                              You can clearly see the brown spot from where the bag has burst burning.
                              I would give this product and seller 0 star. I have uploaded pictures on amazon product review page

                                Hello team,
                                My company bought one laptop from amazon.in, which in turn found to be defective. We placed return/replace request, against which amazon set an inspection on the very next day. The guy came and inspected the item and found the defects and submitted the report (Signed by me on his mobile) in front of me. Now, i'm writing this on the very next day to that and amazon portal reflects the report is not submitted (It is now more than 24hrs passed). We get submit a call back from the portal. Amazon called us and told the same that the report is not yet submitted. Can any one tell me who's going to be responsible for that? The guy, or the company? However we have no such time to delay or being harassed and hence decided to get one more call from amazon, but alas! The call back facility is not functioning any more that i had to come here for the same. Now, we have no where to contact amazon, neither amazon take back the laptop; nor we have the money back to buy one laptop for the employee it is set to. We're only to loos time-manpower. Only this is left for the corporate customers from amazon.

                                  My account is blocked, as u have stated that i have made suspected payment with my card.
                                  For your kind information i used that card in every shopping websites but they havenot suspected it.
                                  My uncle lives in costa rica mr. Adam nichols and he paid for my product from his card several times. But for your site its a fraud kind of thing,
                                  Please review my complaint and reopen my account and let my products delevired to me asap.
                                  I can show you any proofs that you wanted. But dont try to make us embrase with this kind of things. Im a geniune custome not for your site but for myntra, jabong, flipkart, snapdeal, aliexpress and many more.
                                  Ive paid many times with this cards but they havent suspected it as a fraud card... What rubbish.

                                    I bought vu cinema tv on 22nd january 2020 and they delivered the tv on 27th and scheduled for free installation on 6th february, 2020. On 5th feb i received intimation mail and a message also. I called service person but he said installation service had been cancelled and consult with amazon and on 6th feb afternoon i saw a message on amazon that your installation service cancelled and advised that buy another installation service. If i bought another installation service i would have to wait for another 10 days and what about return policy. We have to return the item if the item damaged. The return policy also expired on 6th feb, 2020. What do i do.
                                    Please resolve my problem.

                                      I ordered realme buds wireless in-ear bluetooth with mic (Green) on 20th jan 2020, when i got the product, i checked it, and it was different color and not working properly.

                                      I was asked for a replacement order and then got a replacement product on 23 january 2020, at which time i got the completely different brand, different color and different model. Its look like used headset also.

                                      I contacted amazon cs team, they made a return request, the product was picked up on 24 january 2020, amazon executive checked the product thoroughly and then he picked up the product.

                                      I have not received a refund yet, i have attached the image below for your reference. Please try to take quick action on this issue.

                                        I ordered skullcandy set sport wired in-earphone with mic (Gray/speckle/miami) on 8th jan 2020, when i got the product, i tested it, and it was not working right side speaker.

                                        I was asked for a replacement order and then got a replacement product on 13 january 2020, at which time i got the skullcandy headphone, but with its completely different color and different model.

                                        I contacted amazon cs team, they made a return request, the product was picked up on 14 january 2020, amazon executive checked the product thoroughly and then he picked up the product.

                                        I have not received a refund yet, i have attached the image below. Please try to take quick action on this issue.
