02\07\2016 at these date i have picked my booking mobile coolpad note3 once i opened that mobile the performance is bad, so i informed the amazon customer care please refund my money are am also booked one phone in amazon so please transfer the money to another mobile am requested but company is not refund the money only replacement options are there .so my option is to take another mobile in amazon so transfer the money are take another my booking mobile.
