Ordered on 6 february 2017 order#[protected] I had ordered and paid in full for a cutlery set. I did not receive the item but on amazon website shows that the item was handed over to me on 12/02/2017 at the given address. It was bought for a gift and i am very distressed. I did not receive the product and the company is not open to complaints of this nature. Please look into this and oblige.
