Amazon Prime — same charge on several recent credit card

My last 3 credit card bills (Dec. 16-jan. 15, 2019, jan. 16-feb.15, 2019, and feb. 16-march 15, 2019) have had a charge of $14.03 on each bill. I haven't bought anything from amazon recently and have never signed up for amazon prime. Is there a monthly fee for this service? I wish to be taken off your prime list since i never signed and will no longer pay this monthly fee that keeps coming on my credit card bill!
