Amazon — Product cancelled by the seller after receiving payment now not giving refund | |||||
LG G5 Tempered Glass Order #[protected] ON 24/07/2016 after making payment via my credit card for Rs2599/-. afterwards i receive message from their side that the order has been cancelled as it is out of stock, i called them to ask why they took order & took money from me even if they were not having the product, no satisfactory reply was received from their end. & they assured me that i would receive the refund immediately, they also sent en email confirming that refund has been credited to my account, which was a blatant lie on their part. afterwards calling several times on their helpline only false assurances were made. even after assurance on phone by them that they would call back to let me know of refund status no call was made by them, even today 19/08/2016 now they have are telling that they have processed refund, on telling them it is not reflecting in my account, they told me that they can not provide any further information. how am i supposed to get my amount back, when amazon resorts to such unethical practices, if they were not having product they should not have accepted the order, even out of stock was not displayed on the web site while i was placing the order, & false assurances one after other were made. i request to take strong action against the seller so that no other customer is wronged ever by them again.
