Amazon — Product cancelled | |||||
I have ordered one multi color gym for my two months old baby from Amazon. The expected delivery was between 13 to 20. After ordering on 13 th they credited back the money to me. When I checked my orders on their site, till then it was in preparing order status and suddenly no such order was showing. I have contacted customer care and she told me that only one such piece was available and it got damaged. I have argued them that they should have informed me earlier so that I could have ordered from some other site. They added one gift card worth ₹150 for my argument. But then when I checked their site still that product was listed as in stock, when the customer service informed me that it was the only one piece available. I need an appropriate penalty from them for misguiding and lying to the customers. Was this information helpful? | |||||
