[Resolved] Amazon — product is not working properly | |||||
I purchased a product from amazon (Product name - amazonbasics usb a to lightning compatible cable) on 5th of september and it's been just 15 days from purchasing and the charger is not working and it is not getting synced to the laptop and it is completely loose it doesn’t fit the phone properly. I spoke to amazon and they told that they cannot do anything as the return window is closed and they told me to contact the seller and gave me the number [protected] no one answers the call and no one is able to help me. In just 15 days the product is not working that means it a fake and it is not getting fit which is a defected product. They have fooled me by doing this. Was this information helpful? | |||||
