I have purchased a fan from amazon with a warrenty of 1 year . After 1 month it stopped working . Now the seller from amazon is not answering and amazon people are not listening to the complaint. Dont know what to do. Please help me out with this.. Order no .:[protected] Reply from AMAZON : We can certainly understand your concerns about the A-to-z claim for order[protected] being closed. However, as stated in our previous message, we determined that you are not eligible for an A-to-z Guarantee claim as you did not contact the seller to make return arrangements for the merchandise within 10 days of receipt.
