Amazon — product not delivered but updated status as delivered | |||||
I have ordered a shirt in amazon. The product wasn't delivered but updated the status to delivered. I queried to the customer service regarding this 4 times they replied that it would reach you then and now. Atlast after 25 days i called the customer executive and that person replied that the product may be missed in transit, sorry for the inconvenience and will refund you. But denied to resend the product even. They completely wasted my time. Was this information helpful? | |||||
