Amazon — Product not picked up and not giving refund - Bepure Water Purifier

I ordered the product "Bepure 3G pH Hot and Normal 9L RO+UV+UF+TDS+ Alkaline Water Purifier with hot water function| 8 Stage Water Purification" via ORDER #[protected] on 15-Jul-2022.
The front panel of the product is damaged and Amazon is neither providing the replacement nor providing the return of the faulty product.
Amazon so far created 7 return requests and all the requests were canceled without contacting me. Every time a Customer care person cheats me saying that if the next return won't happen they can process my refund but, it never happens. It's been more than a month now my money is stuck with amazon and Amazon doesn't care to take the product.

Updated by venkata nagesh kumar Thota Please arrange for the return without fail or process my refund. It's been 1 month and 1 week awaiting the product return. Every time on the day of a return request is canceled from Amazon end. Please expedite the process of return and initiate my refund amount.
