[Resolved]  Amazon — Product not picked up and not giving refund

I ordered Samsung 192 L 3 star inverter Direct cool single door refrigerator of Rs. 15, 480 on 31 July 2022. I requested for return next day. It's been 15 days, pickup boy is not picking up the product and also not answering my calls. Customer service representative always ask me to wait for next 72 hours. Till now they have initiated 5 returns and still asking me wait for next 72 hours. Initially customer service representatives said that According to Amazon policy that if even after 3 return pickup is not done, Amazon initiates an advance refund. But now they are denying about this policy also. They are saying no such policy exist. Customer service also disconnects my call if ask them for assurity that this time pickup will be done and I will get my refund. Amazon has very poor return service for huge electronic items. I will never suggest anyone to buy huge electronics items from item.
