Amazon — product not received | |||||
Date of incident - 21st sept 2018 Client no - n/a (Amazon.in) Orderid[protected] Description - i had placed an order for iphone 7 on the above mentioned dates and as promised by amazon it was supposed to be delivered on sunday, 24th sept 2017, morning. It is tuesday evening today and i have yet not recieved the order. I have already made the payment for the order place. The reporting manager pratibha and leadership manager neethu is giving excuses everyday and everyday they tell it will take 24-48 hours. It has already been 72 hours. There has not been any clear communication of when the order would be delivered to me. And for the record the order had already reached bangalore on 22nd sept 2017. This is a fraud case. I should get my order as commited by them as i have paid for it, amazon is fooling the customers. Please help me out with this issue and take strict actions to get the product delivered to me by today 26th sept. Was this information helpful? | |||||
