Amazon — Received an empty box | |
I've ordered 3 products from dot and key skin care on 23rd August 2020, I got its delivered it on date 25th of August 2020. After 5 minutes when I got back into my home and check the product open the the package I found that there was no product in it was an empty Box with no product only bubble wrap and papers along with a bill. I complained at Amazon customer service, I called them many a times, they said they'll issue the refund only when they complete their investigation . But I've already paid for the order using my debit card.i need my refund as positively as I paid for it . No more scams or business minded tricks would be appreciated.

But I received an empty box without any invoices and I also found extra transparent cello tape on parcel.
Then I raised Complaint to amazon customer care After that they said we will help you and start a investigation
But Yesterday and today when I contacted them and they said that it was not our mistake and they totally denied to any help.
No refund
No replacement
When I said that I also not received invoice in parcel so he said that you can download it from website.
As per their rule they have to send me invoice with that product and he said that you can download it from website.
They totally denied to help and the manager spoke very rudely,
he hurted my self respect and spoke very rudely and disconnected the call without solving my issue with rude tone.this is not the first time when i ordered the product from amazon.. you can check my history, i orderd more than 100 products.. this the first time i disappointed badely.
Now I want help
I earned money so hardly to buy that watch
And what I got is empty box, rude customer service, time waste and they ended up denying to help with very rude behaviour.
I am broken
I lost my all money and customer service was very rude
I need my money back as soon as possible.
