Amazon — received wrong product | |||
Hi team, I have ordered a product (Sparx men sm-385 black honey casual shoe) on this 19th nov 2019. However did not get the same product from your end. And where in the address mentioned on the top of the packaging is mine but inside the box, on the invoice it is the maharashtra address. You can see the same in the attachment as well. On the same day, i placed a return of the product. Pick up arranged but the courier guy did not pick up the product with mentioning the reason, this is different one and ask us to speak to customer care and mail the courier to team in order to pick the different product. Same was done again and again, I am contacting you guys again and again but i am not getting any resolution from your end. I had a very good feedback about amazon, now you guys are proving this is the worst. This kind of service you give to your customer. You delivered the wrong product, and customer is suffering for that. At least from the amazon we did not expect this kind of bushtit service.
