Amazon — refund from amazon order #[protected] not received

I have made an order for a e home garden slide for kids on 5th septemeber 2019 bearing order no #[protected]. We cancelled the order on the same day but refund not yet received yet.

We tried to enquire thruogh sms but while enquiring through sms for refund it says "we didnt find any matching refunds for your account"

IT was booked for this product your tracking information shows one time delivery on 06th but next time it shows 07th how long I have to wait for the product
