I have ordered in amazon and i cancelled the the item but amazon company refund initiated at 13/08/2019 but after till now my money was not credited in my account and i am bank they telling that amazon not initiated money and i am amazon company they telling that they are initiated money on 13/09/2019 but can u resolve my problem.
