Amazon — regarding my bad experience with first order on amazon | |||
Hi, This is regarding my first order placed on amazon. Order detail: Ordered on 21 january 2018 order#[protected] I am very upset with the way of your deliver the things. I was tracking my order and delivery date was today (Thursday 25/jan/18) eod and i was very excited about to receive it in the evening because i was planning to gift it to someone on special day. I did not receive any prior information regarding the delay in delivery time neither from the side of amazon or the delivery agent (Seller). Even at the evening of this day (Thursday 25/jan/18) i connected with the agent ([protected]) and he give me a confidence that he will support me and will deliver it by today. But after this call when no response came back from the agent side i decided to contact him again, because for me it was urgent to get this by today. Now after 3 long phone ring his phone was either switched off or not reachable. Also i am not happy with the mrp which is being shown for the product. Because when i bought it the mrp of this product was 44, 990 (In the sale) and today it is 44, 700.00 (When no sale is there). Very disappointed and my first and last order with amazon Thank you!
