[Resolved] Amazon — rockford fosgate car bass tube | |||||
I recently ordered rockford fosgate subwoofer bass tube in amazon. Its cost is rs.5950 inr. I dont know that my order was placed with third party seller (Thewinkel). After 5 days i received the original product with damage condition. The front protection grill cover for subwoofer is damaged (Bended). So i requested to return the product to seller and get refund. The seller told me to return the product from your side and accepted to refund my courier charge. So i returned that product to the same with courier charge rs.963 inr. But finally only rs.3950 inr amount is refunded. My balance amount rs.2000 + 963 (Courier charge) is still pending from the seller thewinkel. Please help me to refund my balance amount from the amazon team. Its my hard earned money Was this information helpful? | |||||
