Amazon — Scam Amazon online mall tasks

Please help me get a refund of R502 from an online Amazon mall shop. They gave me a task where I had to keep depositing funds so that I can continue working until I wasn't able to deposit more then I requested a refund and they kept insisting that I put more money to get the money I initially deposited.
I need help these people have bad reviews already please assist

I participated . They requested commission before they would release the capital amount that I intended to withdraw. The withdrawal has already been finished, but my account hasn't yet been credited with it.
