    On 30th July 2023 we ordered a sphatik mala diamond cut 10mm size mentioned as CERTIFIED ORIGINA lSPHATIK .
    Before placing order We called Amazon customer care about its quality they said "don't worry if you find it is not up to the quality we will immediately. initiate refund". Going with their words we placed the order.
    On 6th August we received the product. After checking it carefully we found its
    1. Made of cheap industrial glass inside it is filled with dust and air bubble. .
    2. Even its genuinely fake the size is 7mm not 10 mm as mentioned in product description.
    3. Like any ither real sphatik it don't spark when rub them.
    4. There was no certificate with the product to claim this products genuinity.
    Since 6th August we are trying to return this fake item to amazon India. First they created a return request. Next day they say the request was wrong we will create another request.
    Next their pickup guy cancelled the return.
    Now they are telling if incase the return is successful, it will take more than a month to transfer the amount to you
    They are keep delaying the process. Since their refund/ return time frame is 7 dsys from delivery after a few day's they we refuse the return telling its beyond the given time frame.

    We need our money back. And want Amazon India to respond clearly.. It is a very bad business practice if customer finds out its a fake product., then intentionally haress customer and refuse to refund their money.
    Very bad experience with Amazon India. This is not a honest way to operate in India.

      Fraud of Rs. 32,500 for Google Pixel 6A refund initiated.

      I am writing this complaint with extreme frustration regarding the mishandling of a refund for a Google Pixel 6A phone that i purchased from amazon. I was given a warranty claim certificate haven't still received the refund amount of 32, 500. It has been almost 2 months since the refund process was initiated(19th June 2023).
      I have been robbed of my phone AND the refund amount since they say that the refund was initiated but never...

      Amazon India is cheating its customers by delivering junk items instead of ordered products. Customers made to run from pillar to post, instead of refunding money or delivering ordered post.
      I ordered AUDIO-TECHNICA HEADPHONE ATH-50x for Rs. 11, 000/- but got some junk may of few hundred rupees.
      Amazon India is harassing me for refund of money or replacement of junk with ordered product ATH-50x.
      Since there no way to reach them, they thing keep harassing customers as we are beggars and begging them for our ordered product.
      In case of wrong delivery they deliver ordered product and collect the junk which they have delivered ether intentionally or by mistake.

        I had placed an order on Amazon India (order:[protected] dated:[protected]

        The seller COCOBLU RETAIL LIMITED, has shipped a wrong product (photo of the same is attached)

        I wanted replacement as I am big fan Audio-Technica, I want Audio-Technica product only. Initially, asked me return the item. Now they updated the status saying that “customer refused to return “. My stand is that they deliver the ATH-50x and at the same time collect the wrong item they have delivered.

        Please talk to your reseller and ask him to deliver the product ATH-50x, which I have ordered.

            Product not delivered and false comment has been put

            Hi,

            We have ordered laptop from amazon with order id:[protected].
            The day delivery was it was cancelled stating "Item marked as rejected by you - returning to the seller." However no call was made anyone from the Amazon. Also while try to reach on their customer care it was said probably it will be delivered today(5-august) next day of the deliver. When try to take follow up it was said it will be delivered...

            Had ordered an inverter trolley through Amazon Pay Later. Price of product was Rs 9999/- I used Amazon pay later and choose 6 months emi option. The product got delivered to me on 26th July 23. However, on my Amazon app it still shows as undelivered and I got a message from Amazon Pay Later to pay whole amount of Rs 9999/- on 5 Aug. I complaint to Amazon customer care and to Amazon Pay Later vendor, Axio but neither is owing up their mistake and keeps saying that they can't help.

                I have placed in order of a watch from Amazon and after paying for the watch the account get on hold and after providing all documents they are saying your account is still on hold please re verify they are again and again say re verify re verify your account and also they are delaying my product

                  On 15th of July on amazon prime day sale I ordered a dell laptop model- Dell 14, Intel 12th Gen i5-1235U and received a old broken ibm thinkpad in place of it. Raised this issue with amazon and they assured that they will carry on investigation and the refund is only possible after return. Every time amazon is raising a pick up request and every time the pick up is getting cancelled by the pick up person. As a reason of pickup cancellation amazon is stating pick up is denied from my end which is a lie. Once an amazon representative sent mail for refund too due to multiple time pick up failure but amazon did not initiate any refund and again put me to the same cycle of raising pickup request and cancelling pick up.
                  Product ordered -15th July 2023

                  Package received-20th July 2023 evening

                  1st complaint raised to amazon- 21st July 2023. They told us to wait till 24th July

                  2nd complaint raised to amazon- 24th July 2023. I conated amazon and they raised a return pick up 25th July. Return pick up guy came and denied to collect the item.

                  3rd complaint raised to amazon- 25th July 2023. I informed amazon about the denial of pick up so they raised another pick up for 26th July. The pick up got cancelled at the end of 26th July without any call or message . Reason stated by amazon is pick up denied by customer which is a lie.

                  4th complaint raised to amazon- 26th July 2023. Customer care representative assured me refund due to multiple pick up failure and mailed me. The stated refund will be completed by 2nd August 2023.

                  5th complaint raised to amazon- 1st august 2023. On receiving no refund till 1st Aug contacted amazon they said I need to return the item first before refund and raised another pick up for 2nd August. On 2nd Aug pick up guy came and denied to pick item.

                  6th complaint raised to amazon- 2nd August 2023. Amazon raised another pick on 4th august assuring pick up. No pick guy came/ called/message and cancelled the pick up stating pick up denied by customer.

                  7th complaint raised to amazon- 4th august 2023. Amazon escalated the issue and again raised another pick up for 6th of august 2023. I am 100% sure this time again this pick up will be cancelled or delivery person will deny to pick up.

                    Respected sir, I j.srinivas ordered iqooZ7s 5g phone in Amazon.After i received my phone, i observed that phone is heating issue and more radiation issue then I raised a complaint in Amazon.They send technician to my home and he checked my phone and, he said that phone has problem and he promised me to return my phone, then I shared satisfactory pin with him.since then I don't receive any phone or message to return my phone.I contacted Amazon customer care and explained about whole issue but they are helpless.So you are requested to do needful to me.

                      Hi,

                      I bought a Sharara suits set from insta and delivered through amazon. as we trust amazon, I paid and took the parcel. one I opened it and found that the parcel is with old, torned shirts and not what I ordered.

                      Hence, I got into trap and fraud happened for INR 999. Immediately, i spoke to delivery guy and his head about it and he said, he will raise the return request and refund my amount.

                      I was following up with him for 2 months and I could not get the refund, now. He says to contact the customer service from Amazon.

                      please help me with this. I have all the details.

                        Hello,

                        I have ordered a set of sharara suits from Insta and it was delivered by amazon, as we trust amazon, I paid and took the parcel.

                        However, the parcel was with older clothes and not what I ordered. I compliant immeditaly to the delivery boy, and his boy too. As the payment was made using QR scanning and the amount hitted the amazonservices, i was expecting the refund.

                        I have been following with them and its been 2 months now, the amazon delivery heads inform me that I should talk to customer service of amazon. I wasted 2 months, running behind him and with no results.

                        I am requesting the refund of INR 999 to my account and strict action on online fraud business.

                          I placed an order for 4 Monitors (Acer Nitro QG271) on 15th. July 2023. Received the order on 17th July, all boxes were intact, but when the monitors were opened two of them were totally broken - these were delivered by "Xtronicsapp". I immediately placed a complaint submitting the pics of the serial number of the monitors as well as the pic showing the damaged status and they promptly agreed to replace the same. Accordingly someone turned up at 7 pm on 19th and replaced just one monitor, saying the serial number did not match. I again placed a call and this time they informed me that they will pickup the defective monitor and then process our refund. Again the person came and said the serial doesn't match and did not pickup. I again called up and told the customer service executive of the mischief played by the vendor. The executive named Shreshta from Amazon said that she will get it picked up on 31st July. No One has turned up so far and on the Amazon site it shows that the monitor has been picked up. We have not received any Refund.

                            Dear team
                            I ordered One Plus nord 3 16gb/256 gb variant on 29th with Order#[protected] which was not delivered to me and was rejected by the delivery guy hence i didnt received the order. On 30th morning i got connected with amazon assistant and he helped me place another order with ORDER #[protected] .

                            Now the 2nd order placed was under replacement which means i have the first order delivered to me where as i have not received any order. This mistake by the assistant had me a very bad experience of purchase being a prime member. Now i have cancelled the order and want a refund in my account.

                              I have ordered a kettle from Amazon. on the delivery day I got a call for receiving the parcel, as I was not available at my place I asked them to reschedule the delivery for the next day. and I got only messages thereafter that your product will get delivered and it never came to my place again and suspiciously got the message that the order was not accepted by the consumer hence canceling and returning to the seller. I lost my credit points here which I used to buy this product and also 200 rupees were returned which is 1000 rs less than what I paid for.

                                I bought an item 2 months ago from Amazon but placed the returned immediately after it arrived since I didn't like it . They picked up the product but never returned my money
                                I've been requesting for 2 months now but they're only making excuses and not looking after issue
                                I hope I get my money back, I don't know where to file complaint against them so I'm writing here hoping to get help

                                  It’s for a numerous time that I have ordered something from Amazon India on my office address where the delivery timing is before 6PM and even then they call me after 8PM and when I’m not available at my office at night they cancel my order without even concerning me.
                                  It’s very irritating and troublesome that this single issue cannot be solved even after talking to the customer care.

                                    I bought a firebolt watch from Amazon order number :[protected]

                                    I am a prime member with Amazon and a frequent buyer with Amazon. In my entire experience I have never seen such a bad experience with Amazon ever

                                    The customer reps are so rude that it makes you think why buy from Amazon
                                    I spoke to few customer care and there senior customer so rude it's above anything.

                                    I bought this watch as it display as peach and when I received this product it comes out to be pink they said they would investigate and I have to reach out to them. After two days when I reached out they refused to change the product as it says the product i received is completely true.

                                    Firstly I am not sure what investigation aak the seller they say. Who in the right mind would refuse a sale. Ok I accepted the product as this colour blunder.

                                    When I tried to connect the device with my phone it won't connect. Again I reached out to Amazon saying it won't work they are being more rude. They are not even reading what I have to say and just repeating the same what they have to say and disconnecting the chat

                                    this guy what not even willing to listen just kept saying what he has said and pasted the same thing. I am saying my issue is not resolved. When I said that my phone is not connecting to my new watch the answer I got was my phone is defective I should get it checked by iPhone manufacturer.

                                    And I am just requesting for a replacement which is in there policy to replace the product in seven days based on any damage or DOA or anything. I am ok accepting the problem but there should be professional response. Who ever read this please try to avoid buying products from Amazon as they are not good with there customer service and same I would upload it on social media so that people can know how Amazon treats there prime member.
