Address: Malang Chawl near Sharma saloon Opposite police station KALYAN East, MAHARASHTRA 421306

I have Ordered a queen size bed and the bed was delivered on 8th Aug 2024 but still nobody came for installation for the same and I had complaint regarding the same in Amazon customer care for 3 Time but still I didn't receive any call regarding bed installation.
Kindly help for the same..

    Amazon Order #[protected]

    I have bought the Crucial brand SSD from Amazon India using their mobile app on 12th August.

    Due to bad packaging of the SSD which was not handled well during delivery and neither it was packed with safety, a damaged faulty SSD was delivered to me by amazon India on 13th August. The SSD was found crashed between the tomato ketchup 1 kg bottle because of the weight and mishandling by Amazon India, the SSD got damaged. Now I have been requesting their customer service to replace the SSD but they are not accepting my request neither they have been returning my money. It is Amazon India's fault because of which the item got damaged before it was delivered to me and even after Amazon is at fault, they are not helping me. I am uploading the package photo which shows the condition in which this computer part was delivered plus I am also attaching the invoice. I request the national consumer forum to help me with either the replacement or the refund for SSD from Amazon India.

      Hi,

      This is Srikanth.SP from Hyderabad, i recently purchased few items from Amazon on 9th and 10th August and those are at the final delivery station since 11th early morning and after repeated follow ups respective delivery team is taking no action and this is a serious quality issue in terms of delivery to my location for almost 90% of the orders i need to follow up 5-6 times on every other order for making prompt delivery on said date. Regarding the current delivery i almost made some 10+ calls to the Amazon Customer Service to fix the delivery issues but nothing fruitful.

      This is utter negligence handled by amazon delivery team, they not delivering and causing grievance to the consumers.

      I request to please investigate the Orders tracking ID:[protected] and do the needful

        I ordered a cooler from amazon but during the day of delivery, i was not able to pick up the call and the delivery agent hand over the order to resident. The order was prepaid and they irresponsibly hand over to anyone . when i complaint regarding the same they file an investigation and are saying that the product is already been delivered and are refusing to provide me refund

        Dishonest trading company that I have ever encountered, I request a withdrawal from my account but it got denied, I was unable to make any withdrawal out of my initial deposit let alone the gain they claim I have earned my assets got withheld, fortunately I got to know about @banninksolutions on telegram who purvey aid in obtaining a legal charge back in getting my asset back...

          I got a wrong product delivered from Amazon (Order #[protected] and they accepted their mistake after their investigation and agreed to create return pick up. But now nobody is coming up to pick up this order and every time they are cancelling it and blaming, I am cancelling it. As per their policy, as said by their CC agent, if three pickups fail, they would initiate my refund, even if pick up does not happen. Now they are neither picking up the product, nor giving back me the money. Every time I talk to CC agent, they say different thing and blame me for cancelling the pickup while I am not doing anything and I am frustrated because my money got stuck and I need Laptop as soon as possible, that would not be possible until I get my money back from Amazon. Request you to help me get my money back as soon as possible.

            I am writing to express my frustration and seek urgent assistance regarding an issue with my recent order. I received an incorrect item, and despite discussing this concern with Amazon India’s customer care representatives, the issue remains unresolved.

            Initially, I was informed that the delivery boy would handle the pickup of the incorrect item. However, the delivery boy visited 4-5 times and refused to accept the return, stating that the item was different and that there were no clear instructions regarding the return process.

            As a loyal and long-standing customer, I find this situation highly disappointing. I was assured that a replacement or refund would be arranged, yet I have been informed that neither is possible at this time.

            Please prioritize this issue and assist in arranging a proper return and resolution for the incorrect item. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

              I have placed order no[protected] on 21 July 2024 for Amazon Brand Symbol Women's Regular Fit Work utility T shirt.
              I received the same on 30 July 2024 but due to color change I request for replace with other color. I received a message from amazon that your order will be delivered on 2nd August. I received message from Amazon on 2nd august at 7.42 PM that your order delivered. I have not received any order from your end. Immediately and also the next day I talked to your customer care, and they assured me you will get your order on 3rd August. Till date i have not received my order. I wish you will help me to get my order.

              2nd I placed order#[protected] 21st July for Premium Women's letter print Regular T shirt (SU-08_Black-XL) which I have not received 31st July 2024, so as per your customer care representative advice I cancelled order, and I reorder the same with change rate. Your customer care representative gave me a very good response and assured me to refund Rs.150. Which is mentioned in the following email I received from Amazon.

                  This is regarding my Order #:[protected], Soundcore by Anker Liberty 4 Noise Cancelling Earbuds, dated 21/07/22 delivered on 22/07/22 at around 1.20 PM by amazon delivery agent named Dharamveer as per gate entry approval data on MyGate society app. I opened the package after he left and was shocked to find both charging case and earbuds missing from retail product box. I immediately contacted the delivery agent Dharamveer, who asked me to call up customer care to place a replacement request for missing items in the package and enquired if I had made video while opening the package. I told him that I never make package opening videos and have taken pictures immediately after finding the main items missing. I tried raising replacement request through web portal by uploading same pictures, but it took me to place a call request who provided me 27th July as resolution date for missing items. I called up on 27th July to know about the status of the complaint, I was told that the investigation team has denied the replacement request. I requested customer care twice to connect me to the investigation team as they had denied replacement without having a look at the product and package snaps taken after the delivery for which they replied in negative and asked me to release the call. I have also posted the review for the same product expressing my shock which I hope that Amazon approves of. I am attaching all the pics and audio of telephonic conversation with Amazon delivery agent for your further investigation to re-process the replacement.

                  I am long time amazon customer for more than 10 years with rare returns due to missing parts and first due to missing main product in the product box. It is this my trust in Amazon whom you proudly advertise "Apni Dukan" that I did not make any box opening video for which I feel that I am being penalised for, please help me in restoring the same trust and guide me for continuous shopping experience with Amazon.in

                    Dear Consumer Court of India,

                    I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Amazon India for providing misleading information and refusing to refund the amount for Order #[protected], a sofa cum bed purchased on July 9, 2024.

                    I was dissatisfied with the product due to its size and overall quality. Following Amazon's guidelines, I initiated a return and refund request on July 12, 2024. The customer service assured me that a pickup would be scheduled for July 15, 2024, and the refund process would commence thereafter.

                    However, on July 15, the Amazon delivery executive failed to pick up the item, citing the size of the package and the fact that he was on a bike. Despite this, Amazon's portal falsely indicated that I had rejected the pickup.

                    Undeterred, I contacted customer support again on July 16 and rescheduled the pickup for July 17. Unfortunately, the same issue arose, with the delivery executive claiming lack of space and promising to transfer the pickup to another team. This pattern repeated on July 19 and July 24.

                    On July 25, I was informed that an investigation would be initiated, and if the pickup failed again, a refund would be issued on July 29. However, on July 29, Amazon backtracked and claimed that the investigation showed I had rejected the pickup, denying the refund.

                    Throughout this ordeal, I have been subjected to inconsistent and misleading information from multiple customer service representatives. Despite repeated rescheduling of pickups at my end, Amazon has consistently failed to fulfill its obligation.

                    I have attached copies of all relevant correspondence, including emails and call records, as evidence to support my complaint.

                    I request the Consumer Court of India to intervene and order Amazon India to:

                    Initiate the refund process immediately for Order #[protected].
                    Compensate me for the mental agony and inconvenience caused due to their negligence and misleading information.
                    Take strict action against Amazon India for violating consumer rights.
                    I look forward to your prompt action in this matter.

But this product is not the same as my order even the remote brand and model number is also difference.                           I ordered "ASICS Men's Gel-Contend 4B Black/Energy Green Footwear (9 UK, TOO1B.002)" shoe from amazon on 3rd July 2024. Due to size issues I have tried to return the shoe and order the shoe on the next size.

                          I placed the return order on 6th July 2024 and the return was picked up by the pickup agent on 11th July 2024. I got an update that the order has reached the warehouse but the amount was not returned to me.

                          Initially I got an update that the amount will be refunded before 19th July 2024, I did not get the amount when I again contacted the support and got an update that amount will be refunded by 23rd July 2024. Since I did not receive my money back when I called today I received the date as 29th July 2024.

                          Further I came to know that the product picked up from me by the pickup agent is not properly delivered to the warehouse and they are investigating this issue. Pickup agent validated the product and got it from me. Ideally I am not sure the reason for holding money for your internal issue. I am not sure how long they are going to hold my money and they are not going to pay the interest for my money.

                          I need my money back immediately or I need the penalty to be paid for this issue from your end. I cannot wait for another week to know the updated deadline.

                                Dear team,

                                I brought apple pencil 2 and apple ipad air from amazon website.

                                Amazon website mentioned clearly that apple pencil 2 is supported for iPad air. But it turns out that my version of iPad is not supported.
                                This misleading information has cost me 11, 000 rupees and now I am left with a brand new product that is useless.

                                  Hi,

                                  I have been following up for this order since evening and the call center agent have confirmed that the delivery partner is unreachable.
                                  I had called the customer care in the afternoon as well trying to confirm the delivery time as it was delayed as per the committed time slot.
                                  After 2-3 attempts to call back the delivery partner it is now suddenly showing in the system as rejected. This is an deliberate attempt to deny a highly discounted product to the end customer.

                                    I ordered 3 fans from Amazon India. I was promised through customer support that my fans will be picked up by 4th July. The delivery guy came and he said us I cannot pick up your fans because they are heavy and i will send a separate van for the pickup. It's been 15 + days and I call amazon, pickup guy and till now the fans are not picked up. I wasted my Rs 10, 000/- .

                                      I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the ongoing issue regarding my order #[protected], placed on July 8th.

                                      The order, containing four desktop parts, arrived on July 9th, but critically, the Intel i5 processor was missing.

                                      Despite multiple attempts to resolve this:

                                      I immediately contacted customer service and provided photos of the delivered and unboxed package.
                                      I communicated via social media and was connected to a higher team who acknowledged the first claim was raised incorrectly. This team advised me to wait for a resolution by July 15th.
                                      I waited for a promised call on July 15th that never came.
                                      Customer service claims a "relations team" attempted to contact me (which I have no record of).
                                      Now, I am informed a refund is denied with no explanation.

                                      This situation is unacceptable. My hard-earned money (₹12, 249) is at stake, and my PC build remains incomplete.

                                      I expect a prompt resolution. A replacement processor or a full refund is essential.
