My name is Aditya Mohabe and I had ordered nikavi product from Amazon on 15/oct/2023 and after 30/oct/2023. I returned it due to personal reason. And on 31/oct/2023 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon send the reference number and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent

    I had ordered "Silicon Power DDR3 16GB (2x8GB) 1600MHz " on 20 Nov and it was delivered on 21 Nov. The item in the box was a 4GM RAM instead 2x8GBs RAM as ordered. I reached out to Amazon Customer care and they put a replacement request saying that I will get the 2x8GB RAM. They created another order for it on 21st Nov. On 22nd Nov I got the order delivered but this time also, it was same 4GB stick. I again connected Amazon customer care but they said that they can only give refund to me.

    My point is that I don't want refund but the product that I ordered. This would be an ill practice that Amazon sells something to someone at a price and then instead fulfilling it, it says that it will give a refund

      I bought an Asus laptop from amazon which was defective on arrival. I requested for replacement and they denied it while it was on replacement window. Then i contacted asus service center and they issued a DOA certificate for the product which i am supposed to forward to amazon and get replacement, but i am still denied for replacement, while the same product of same seller is still sold on amazon. I contacted amazon multiple times via call and email, they still cant solution for my issue.

        I hope this email finds you well. My name is Manoj B, and I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have been experiencing with a recent online purchase. I believe that my situation warrants the intervention of the consumer forum, and I am seeking your assistance in resolving this matter.
        On Nov 10, 2023, I placed an order with Amazon.in for the OPPO Enco M32 Bluetooth Headset. The order confirmation number is[protected], and the expected delivery date is November 14, 2023. I have not received the product; however, the status has been updated to delivered. I had raised a complaint on November 14 for an undeliverable product and was asked to wait till November 19, 2023. Today, when I called the customer team, they updated me that product has been delivered and there was no mistake between delivery and Amazon, so no refund or new product will be delivered.
        To confirm, I received a big box along with other products on Nov 14. The box was tampered with and re-tapped with a cellotape. The delivery guy denied opening the box until I shared the OTP.
        He threatened me to share the OTP; otherwise, this package will be returned and no refund will be issued as the customer denied collecting the packet.
        I have made several attempts to contact the company through their customer support channels, including phone calls and chat. However, I have not received any satisfactory response or resolution to my concern. The lack of communication and the failure to deliver the product within the specified timeframe have caused significant inconvenience and frustration.
        I have exhausted all available channels to resolve this matter directly with the company, and I believe that the consumer forum's intervention is necessary to ensure a fair and timely resolution.
        I kindly request that you investigate this issue and take any appropriate actions to assist in the resolution of my complaint. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

          I was among the person who was scammed in the amazon mall task, it was all clear to me when i was told that i have to recharge more money in order to withdraw even After filing complaints with no response i contacted this company on Telegram: Rykabalan(https://t.me/Rykabalan), they helped recover my money .So many people money is still there in that platform .

            I ordered a product on 29th october but due to product issues I tried to cancel it during shipping but I couldn't and I recieved a message that it could only be returned but due to my horror when I received the product I couldn't return it via a delivery person, No delivery person came as per amazon policy. My question to amazon is why do amazon keep decieving the customers like this. I always order only from amazon and its with issues like this many customers are not happy with amazon.
            Please help me with my issue at earliest so that we the customers can gain trust again.

              I ordered this product on 27Oct and returned it because it didn't meet the requirements and they started the refund but till date I haven't received the refund and provided me the reference number HSBCN[protected], with this reference number Paytm Payments Bank refusing that their is no such transaction with this UTR. Both the ends are not providing the resolution and saying that ask the merchant to raise the chargeback request and Amazon saying that ask the bank to raise the chargeback request.

                I had placed Order#[protected] for Prestige Popular Svachh Spillage Control SS Lid Cooker -5L capacity on e-Commerce site Amazon India on Nov 07, 2023. Order Supposed to be delivered through Retail EZ Pvt. Ltd. I recieved wrong delivery of Prestige 5L cooker with out spillage Control Lid on Nov 09, 2023. I requested for Replacement of the Cooker with the right one as per order on Nov 10, 2023. Amazon Delivery informed that delivery expected by Nov 13, 2023 But informed that delivery was attempted and failed, though we were at home during Diwali vacation. I complained through Amazon Chat box (Rahul) for replacement on Nov 15, 2023, it was promised delivery will be made with in 24 hours. But today Nov 17, 2023 Amazon is updating my order status as refund money after collecting the wrong delivery by their own discretion. Even if they collect today money will be credited to me by Nov 24, 2023. So E-commerce giant coldly kept our money for almost 17 days! Alas I had already booked for extended warranty of 1 year which can not be cancelled. Hence I need the replacement no refund please. I trust TTK Prestige is most trusted brand shall too notice and take suitable action.

                    Amazon sent me a packet of chopped and crushed Medjoul dates. Even after many requests it was neither replaced nor refunded to me.The weight of the packet is also less and it also smells bad.

                      I ordered one bookshelf from Amazon India on 22 Oct 2023 and I tried to cancel my order from 1st day itself but not able to cancel .So I tried with your customer executives more than 10 times they all said they cancel the product and refund will reflect in my account with in 5 days.Yesterday also I contacted customer service and again cancel the product but now also it shows that the product is not canceled or yet dispatched.Please cancel the product and refund my money back

                        my order was delivered on 03/11/23 to Mumbai 400056.
                        This was couriered to me in uk which I received on 12/.11. When i opened the parcel this ordered jumper was kvetoo but not what i had ordered. Totally different. This is men's jumper. Different colour and different design I wanted to take this on holiday.
                        I tried to chat to your customer serviices but your silly chat has only option to return.
                        I cannot return this to you from uk as I already paid for coureir to uk. and you cannot collect from uk. If your seller did not have this in stock the should not have sent wrong product.
                        I e-mailed the seller but there has been to response.
                        I feel amazon should refubnd as they have sent wrong product

                          The order I placed was said to be delivered on Monday dated 15 November, but in real I didn't get any product. Nor was I called by the delivery guy for collecting the product so how could he have delivered the item and marked it delivered without an OTP. When I called the number for asking this the phone number that was provided to me in my email said "the number you are calling does not exist". So what should I consider this. I called customer service several times and everytime they said we'll look into it. But there's no response.

                              Sir I have purchased a cooler master mwe 1250 atx3 power supply unit on 24 oct 23 paying rs 19900 . i received the product on 30 oct 23 . when i installed on my pc on 11 nov 23 it was not working and the return window was closed . the service support or customer support was not available for contact. now what will i do with this defective product. total waste of hard earned money . fraud by amazon must be stopped at any cost

                                I would like to bring to your notice that my orders are getting cancelled automatically while using my amazon gift voucher. I suspect there is something wrong with my account handling. I contacted customer care were i was told that my account is been blocked. I have a pending amazon gift voucher of 759/- which i would like to use. If my account would be blocked due to certain reasons and I can't use it further, no worries i don't wish to shop with amazon again. I have tried to mail [protected]@amazon.in as per customer care guidance but i have got no response for my query. I request the team to refund or credit my balance gift voucher to my bank account.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,
                                  On Amazon e commerce app, gold price is shown less than the market price and on top of it, they will attract customers with discount using credit cards.
                                  After seeing the final price, when a order is placed and payment is made using credit/debit card. One fine day, they will cancel the order and to get back the refund, literally we need to argue/fight with customer service personnel. After investing good amount of time, the refund will be credited after two week. By this time, we would be forced to pay the credit card outstanding bill. Also to get the money to the savings account from credit card account, there is a process

                                      I am putting all the chain of events regarding my order[protected].

                                      1. On 25th October, 2023 I had received a package with incorrect product (instead of Skechers shoe I had received Reebok shoe).

                                      2. I had immediately called the customer care and shared the images and invoices for the same. While I expected an immediate solution from them to my surprise they had said I need to wait till October 31st and I need to
                                      call myself for checking the status of the investigation.

                                      3. Meanwhile they had also asked me to share some documents like my name and date in a piece of paper along with the image of the shoe and some video evidence. While that was cumbersome and never understood the use of
                                      the same but still I had provided the same.

                                      4. Subsequently on 31st October I myself called the customer care and after keeping my call on hold for 25 minutes they said the investigation is complete and they will provide the refund. While I had requested for an exchange they said they can only provide a refund post pick up of the incorrect delivery. I had no other option and hence agreed for the same.

                                      5. Next day on November 1st the incorrectly delivered Reebok shoe was picked up by the delivery agent and I see from package tracking that has also reached the Amazon facility on November 3rd.

                                      6. Now on November 8th, I have received mail from Amazon customer care that the refund cannot be processed as per their internal investigation. Now, I neither have the incorrect delivery with me and also I have already paid for the order that has been returned by me.

                                      7. Post that I had highlighted the mail to their top management email id. Subsequently, I received another mail from Amazon customer care indicating that no further action can be taken on this subject and any further email will not be responded to.

                                      I had already paid for the delivery through my card and currently despite taking the return they are refusing to either refund the money or exchanging the item. I am raising the issue here as I am not left with any further escalation with Amazon.

                                        I have purchased a Crompton whater geyser on 21st October 2023. At the time of order it's shows item will be delivered on 27th October but it's not delivered. On 27th it's shows that the item will be delivered on 31st October now also it's not delivered. On 31 st it's shows item will be delivered on 4th November again it's not delivered. I contacted to customer care so many times but problem is not resolved. And the they said that it's the item will deliver before 8 th November. Still it's not delivered. And it's not allowed to cancel the order.
                                        Kindly look into this matter and take the action against this type of carefullness in service.
