Amazon — Seller intentionally sent a duplicate product | |||||
This is regarding an order #[protected]. I placed an order of "Cloud b Twilight Turtle, Classic Mocha" from Amazon..in for the amount of Rs.610.00 I received a duplicate item. Immediate I reported this incidence to amazon to take action against the Seller "Shopomall" who cheated me by sending a wrong product. As I informed the amazon to replace the item with what I placed. Numerous time i did follow up with amazon customer care on phone. there are checking with the seller and instruct me to return the item. Despite of multiple call, finally the seller bluntly says that he can't process refund / replacement. when I report this to amazon they are responding as below: "We have reviewed your claim and the information you provided. We have determined that this A-to-z Guarantee claim will remain unchanged. We understand that you may not agree with this decision, but we will not be able to assist you further with this claim and there will be no further response to your e-mail messages regarding this transaction. Thank you for choosing Amazon.in" Please take necessary action and replace my product. Was this information helpful? | |||||
