Amazon — Smartphone failed delivery | |||||
I was cheated by Amazon India recently. First of all, when I wanted to order a product at my roorkee location, it was unavailable. Then I had to wait for one week to order the product at my uncle's home at delhi. I ordered the product on 4th Feb but it was not dispatched till 5th Feb When I chat when customer care, I was told that it will be available only 0n or after 8th Feb. . As I had to catch a train to my home on 10 Feb, I chatted with amazon and told them to deliver the product by 10th Feb. They agreed and product was dispatched on 6th Feb. It arrived Gurgaon on 8th Feb. I was expecting the product to get deliver by 9th feb but to my surprise it was not delivered by the end of the day. So I again chatted with customer care and I was again assured that my product will be delivered before my departure. But this is what amazon is all about. Cheating customers and claiming to be earth's most customer-centric organization. All these has already costed me more than Rs 1000 plus valuable time which cannot be calculated. Because of that I missed my MBA classes. When I contacted amazon, they gave me a gift card of Rs 300 and told that they can't do anything further.I want satisfactory solution.
