Amazon — smashtronics hybrid sim slot adapter

Hi team,
I ordered smashtronics hybrid sim slot adapter on 7th september 2018 but i didn't get this product till 28th september so finally i didn't to take my money back, i got call from smashtronics company on 2 nd oct they told me that you will get refund in 2 to 3 days but still i didn't get refund.
I have sent mail multiple times for refund but i didn't get any response.
Kindly provide your help against this issue and snapshot of sent mail to amazon.
