Receiving this message from sep(2020) to till date - Txn of Rs 199.00 made on my bank debit at amazon standing instructions without pin/otp.
I did not give any permission to amazon to deduct any such amount from my account, and that so happened without any otp or pin. I did not make this transaction, and i want my money back immediately. This is totally unacceptable
Pl. Revert back and give me the complain no and contact person for this complain
This is totally un ethical

I have also received same kind of mail for standing instruction deduction of 5000/-.

Amazon Standing charged me 199.00INR without my permission auto deducted from my ICICI Credit card.
Please look into this issue and help me to get my money back.
