Amazon — Urgent: empty box delivery - order id[protected]

I'm writing to bring to your attention a distressing issue with my recent order (Order ID:[protected] of a Daniel Wellington watch worth ₹13, 500, which was delivered on June 23, 2025. To my shock, the box was empty.

I immediately contacted customer service, and they assured me of a resolution by June 28, 2025. However, I received an update before the deadline stating that my claim was incorrect and no resolution would be provided. I'm extremely disappointed in the handling of this issue.

As a customer, I take pride in my purchases, and this experience has left me feeling frustrated. I've taken the precaution of recording an unboxing video, which clearly shows the empty box.
