Sir we have ordered a video game through amazon. The product was received by us today (15/11/2019). When we have opened the parcel, the box containing the games was broken and the gaming box was open. The screen of the game was full of scratches. When we called amazon they are not responding properly. They are saying the parcel was sale by the seller.
Please take the strict action against amazon india
