Amazon.in — replacement product

Amazon is such a fraud company.
I have ordered a phone and now they are not replacing my product as they delivered a defective product. and now they are saying you will get a refund and also with 2000/- less, why why I should bear that 2000/- loss I want the replacement of the product only.and yes customer care is seriously a shameless persons to talk.
Seriously they don't have any sense of talking.

Updated by Vish168@007 I know they will say they can refund but they will not refund complete amount as this is not in there policy and all. Everytime they came with new policy when they need to pay to customer.
I suggest everyone DNT purchase anything from this fake amazon.they always treat customers like nothing because they do not need to pay when customer already paid to them and then customer has the only option to suffer.
