Dear sirs, I refer to my credit card statement dated 15/2/2020. I wish to inform that there are two charges which i did not authorise and i have no knowledge of: 1. Interest charge (@retail 17%) $112.85 2. Quick cash finance charge @18% $7.35. Kindly look into this matter and advise me what should be done. Thank you!
