[Resolved] Ambrane India — 10000mah power bank

I ordered a 10000mAH ambrane power bank from Amazon before 28 days only. But with in 28days, it's service is very poor .it is taking very very long period of time to get charged and when I am charging my phone using this power bank with in 2 hr my phone is getting discharged. I even tried using different mobile and cable also, but problem is still there. I called customer care they told as there is no customer care Center near your location so drop a mail, they will solve your issue asap . I purchased ambrane p1122 power bank from flipkart by[protected], now it stopped working, it just blinks continuously while the bower Bank charges and also its not charging phone, dont know how to claimb warranty as it has 1yr warranty

I have bought the power bank from flipkart in 2nd Feb 2018 in starting the power bank was working but after 30 days it was not working properly and it is hardly charging single phone.it is in warranty period

Sir i purchase ambrane power bank model no.p2000 is not working well.its charging port is defective.i ts not charge fully.what can I do.i can not open it because it's body is totally pressed not any screw for open.its power is 20800mha please advise me.
