Ambrane India — A quick reset brought it back to normal

My MiniCharge 20 suddenly started blinking lights but my phone was not charging at all. I got annoyed because the power bank had charge, but nothing was happening on the phone side. Thought it’s gone bad. Customer care asked me to press and hold the power button once and then reconnect the cable. They said some units go into a low power mode if kept unused. That small step helped instantly. Since then it charges normally and the backup is still strong.
